Right of withdrawal

Please follow these steps if you would like to return an item to us:

Step 1: Before shipping your item(s), please ensure that the following criteria are met:

• The item is in original condition with all tags etc.
• The item is unworn and unwashed
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receipt of the goods

Step 2: Please pack your item(s) in its original packaging and send it to:

Synthez / Am Westpark 6 / 85057 Ingolstadt

Step 3: Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 days. The invoice amount will be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.

If you received a defective/incorrect item , or would like to exchange your product for a different color/size , we will ship the package free of charge. Please contact our customer support:
